Welcome to the ER “Websites for Learning” Page. On this page you will be able to access the following websites:

  • Brightbytes Survey link: Use this link to access the technology needs assessment survey for El Rodeo school. Please make sure to click the appropriate link:

  • Study Island:  Students use this link to access Study Island.  Your teacher has set activities that are just for you! Username and password must come from the teacher.    https://www.studyisland.com/web/index/

 

  • Renaissance Learning: Use this link only at school to access Star Reading, Star Math, Math Facts in a Flash, Accelerated Reader, and English in a Flash. This link won’t work from home.  https://hosted60.renlearn.com/704963/

     

  • Renaissance Learning “HomeConnect”: Use this link at home or at school to practice Math Facts in a Flash.  Parents are highly encouraged to use this link to register their email address to receive instant notification on math progress when their child takes a quiz.   • MackinVia e-Books:  Use this link to read El Rodeo’s e-books.  Many of these books are part of the English in a Flash program.  Once you are on the site, enter the ER username and password and the books are yours to enjoy. Read On!  Login:  ERstudent  Password: 123456  (e-Books work great on iPads!) Students may also us their individual login accounts.  These accounts are available from the library staff.  Using your individual account login gives you access to note-taking features.     http://www.mackin.com/via

 

  • El Rodeo Library:  Teachers and students may access our online library catalog using this link.  The catalog is not accessible from home, but does work at school.  All teachers and students can use the online catalog in their classrooms.  http://172.19.31.159/researcher#_

     

 

  • Lexia Core 5: This program is limited to students who have been identified as being behind by the Title 1 teacher, Ms. Susan Trachtenberg.  Similarly our students learning English may use this program.  This is an outstanding way to learn to decode words and can be done from home.   • My Lexia Teacher Link:  Teachers, use this link to set up student accounts, set curriculum, monitor usage and results, and to print student awards.  https://www.mylexia.com/admin/login.php

     

  • Pearson K-5 Math Textbooks at Home: Students, use this link to access your textbooks online. This website contains the online version of the textbook along with supplemental games and activities. One advantage for the 4th and 5th grade students is that you no longer have to bring home your textbook to do homework!
