Welcome to Mrs. Justin's classroom! I am very excited to be back at El Rodeo for my 10th year.
Here's a bit of information about me:
I moved from Michigan to California in August 2008 and graduated with a degree in Special Education from Michigan State University in 2007. In 2011 I received my Clear Credential in Special Education from Cal State University Northridge. In 2014 I finished my Master's Degree in Special Education-Learning Disabilities through Michigan State (Go Spartans!). I have really enjoyed living and working in California over the past few years. It has been a pleasure getting to know all of my students and their families. I look forward to all of the excitement and changes that the upcoming school year will bring! Feel free to email me (email@example.com
) or call if you ever have questions or concerns.
- Check your child's grades on Jupiter Grades at least once a week. (If you're not sure how, ask your child or contact me.)
- Show an interest in your child's school work. Ask to see their agenda. Talk about what they did at school over dinner or in the car.
- Give praise for small improvements.
- Establish consequences and follow through.
